Eco Farm is a fast-growing consulting, trading and logistics company based in Auckland. Being strategically partnered with NZ Post, we pride ourselves on providing E-Commerce Solution in Marketing, Logistics, IT Architecture and E-Payment to various enterprises and trade platforms in both New Zealand and China. Facilitating multiple E-commerce platforms and high-end offline retail stores in China, we work closely with most established brands in NZ to enter into the lucrative Chinese market, and we exclusively provide solutions with New Zealand Post to our clients on both inbound and outbound logistics to China.
We are looking to fill 2 part time roles for 3 months as;
1) Logistics Assistant who will perform high level data analysis support to our team, who would be directly reporting to Global Logistic Manager, helping with analysing large volumes of daily logistic data, producing reports, providing solutions to problems, and handling ad hoc office duties.
2) Supply Chain / Warehouse Assistant, who will be looking after daily operation of various warehouse duties, as well as inventory control, material procurement and forecasting. Future prospect of this role would involve leading a team of warehouse staff to handle very busy warehousing operations.
These two roles are with the prospect of commencing a full-time permanent position after 3 months.
Responsibilities for Logistics Assistant include:
Data entry
Data analysis
System maintenance
Reporting
Assist with documentation of logistics
Business administration and support on general office duties
Responsibilities for Supply Chain Assistant include:
Warehouse operational duties
Inventory control
Material procurement and forecasting
Export documentation
Requirements:
Studying towards Bachelor Degree (preferably in Operation & Supply Chain Management or IT)
High level of English literacy, fluent in Mandarin
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Intermediate to advance Excel skill a bonus
Full driver license
No experience necessary, as full training will be provided
